Six Recipe Postcards: Amazingly Easy and Completely Delicious
ABC Salad: This is a 1950s Classic. The Apple, Beetroot and Celery give a fabulous crunch to your lunch. Delicious on its own or you can add Feta and Walnuts to make it truly complete.
Granola: Every now and then it’s worth rounding up the relevant nuts, seeds and everyone else, turning on a podcast and giving yourself a good hour or so to create a cracking Granola. You can then store it in Kilner jars and have it for breakfast, take it to work or dig in late at night when you’ve got the munchies.
